Extension Meat Program
Extension specialists and educators conduct educational programs about meats, including Live Animal and Carcass Evaluation Clinics, the Illinois Meat Processors Seminar, Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point Seminars, and Consumer Education Programs. Educational programs also exist for 4-H, including the Illinois 4-H Youth Conference, 4-H Meats Judging, and the 4-H Premiere and Carcass Shows.
