Illinois Center for Soy Foods

Illinois Center for Soy Foods works in conjunction with the National Soybean Research Lab and are dedicated to developing innovative processing and marketing techniques, educating society on the advantages of a soy enriched diet, and communicating health benefits of new soy foods. ICSF offers a wide range of cookbooks for purchase as well as recipes that are available via the Web site. Other programs available are the Soy Flavor Workshop, Soy Starter Kits, and the Annual Soy Foods Tasting. Please see the Web site for a complete list of events and services.
