Extension Beef Program
Extension specialists and educators conduct educational programs about beef production, including Area Cow-Calf Field Days, Area Cow-Calf seminars, Area Feedlot Seminars, Beef Performance Testing, Beef 2000, and the Integrated Resource management program. Educational programs also exist for youth, including the Angus Spotlight Beef Workshop, the State 4-H Beef Workshop, and the Livestock Beef Exposition at the Illinois State Fair.
