Krannert Center Youth Series
The Krannert Center Youth Series (KCYS) presents about eight programs each year for school children to attend with their teachers and classmates. These events consist of resident productions of theatre and opera, as well as professional artists who specialize in performances for young audiences. Krannert Center's goal for its Youth Series is the presentation of quality performances for young people. Some programs may be entertaining musical events, while others are stories and plays that have historical or social messages relevant to children and the subjects they are studying in school.
