Food Safety Computer-Aided Instruction
This Web site provides distance learning experiences in food safety and food-borne diseases for those whose current or future employment includes direct or indirect involvement in foods of animal origin, including meat inspection agents, restaurant food handlers, and food animal veterinarians.
