AEMS (Asian Educational Media Services)
The Asian Educational Media Services (AEMS) is a program of the Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies. AEMS offers information about and evaluations of audiovisual media resources for teaching and learning about the cultures and peoples of Asia to educators at all levels and to the general public. Services include an on-line database of educational material, teacher's guides, a call-in/write-in service, a quarterly newsletter, and workshops at conferences related to social studies education and Asian studies. AEMS also manages a video library, which is open to all educators in Champaign County. All these services are free.
