Colwell Playhouse Series
This series is one of two produced by the Department of Theatre through the Illinois Repertory Theater. It presents classics from throughout history and important new plays, offering a range of perspectives on life and society. The actors, designers, and technicians are students in the Department of Theatre, which boasts many illustrious alumni who are now working in professional theatres around the country. Illinois Repertory Theatre productions offer the opportunity to see these promising young artists as they prepare for professional careers.
