Continuing Medical Education
The CME outreach office conducts education primarily for physicians, allied health professionals, and faculty throughout Illinois and bordering states. The programs are designed to update the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and professionalism of the participant through educational activities including didactic methodology, hands-on practicum learning, etc. Dissemination of information occurs via conference brochures, posters, the College of Medicine-Urbana-Champaign (COM-UC) CME Bulletin, and their Web site. COM-UC also sponsors educational series, which are held one to several times monthly throughout the year.
