Keeping Cider Safe

This Illinois Certified Safe Cider Maker School was developed by University of Illinois extension specialists in cooperation with the Illinois State Horticultural Society (ISHS) and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). To become certified, a grower must be a member of the ISHS, attend the certification school, pass a written test, and pass a facility inspection by the IDPH.
