Agriculture/Economics Modeling
This agricultural sector economic policy model is linked with an input-output model and is used to assess the impact of market and policy changes on the agriculture and economy of the state. Developed with support of the Illinois Corn Marketing Board and the Illinois Corn Growers Association, IRAM is used by state and federal policymakers, farm organizations, and others to guide and assess economic and policy changes.
