Food and Nutrition Web Resources
The Web site for the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition provides electronic access to the teaching, extension, and research programs and resources for the department. The site provides an Ask the Expert feature that allows visitors to ask specific questions regarding a wide variety of topics including dietetics, nutrition, and food safety.
