Governing Illinois, 3rd Edition

This book, first published in 1991, is now in its third edition. It is a compact – but complete – description of how Illinois government works. It was written as a textbook for junior and senior high school students, but is an excellent resource for the Illinois citizen wanting to know about our state government.
