Office of Conference Services
This office serves as an outreach arm and a central place of contact, scheduling, and coordination for university noncredit activities. The office manages approximately 800 events annually in UIS's fully equipped conference center and produces noncredit programs in a wide range of formats, including conferences, institutes, workshops, seminars, and fine arts programming. Services include meeting and program planning and coordination of catering, media, and room setup services. In conjunction with the Office of Electronic Media, this office also delivers statewide and national teleconferences.
