Clinical Pharmacy Services - Neighborhood Referral Progrma

Clinical pharmacy services are provided to all patients and health care professionals at these health centers, including medication regimen review, individualized patient counseling, drug selection assistance, information on home glucose monitoring, and information on medication side effects and drug interactions. The development of pharmacy-coordinated health education programs is emphasized. Registered pharmacists with expertise in a wide variety of subjects are available to speak to students, civic organizations, and community groups about the proper use of medications. Appointsment are available Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
