African-American Cultural Center

This center promotes the expression and analysis of all African-American creative and cultural traditions. It is especially concerned with supporting the development and dissemination of African-American cultures and bringing about the end of racism and discrimination. The center sponsors and advocates creative productivity and cultural research, cultural programming, student networking, and community outreach. The gallery at the Cultural Center sponsors a visiting artists series that features exhibits of the works of new and established, local and regional artists and photographers.
